I have even separated Coconut Rums from Flavored Rums in my classifications because there are so many with coconut. I have been hell bent on finding the perfect coconut rum for the past five years. And I found them, so here are my top three by a long shot!

Just to clarify, Naked Turtle was a Non-aged, white rum. It wasn't a coconut rum.
I tried it on ice as a free pour from one of my favorite bartenders. I remember a slight vanilla taste but surprisingly smooth on the rocks. Not a big white rum drinker, but remember it as a smooth summertime sipper.

From what I understand they take the cast strength rum and bring it down to 40 proof with coconut water instead of regular water.
